About the Course Instructor

Susan Daniel is an experienced and entertaining speaker and trainer who has presented programs for the Practicing Law Institute (PLI), the National Employment Law Institute (NELI), California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), the Personnel Association of Sonoma County (PASCO) as well as for many companies.

Additionally, she has taught at Santa Clara University School of Law and presently teaches at Empire Law School in Santa Rosa, California.
